Dialogues on Democracy featuring Nicholas Kerr, 2009 Charles and Kathleen Manatt Fellow

Dr. Nicholas Kerr is an assistant professor of comparative politics with the Department of Political Science at the University of Alabama. Dr. Kerr was the recipient of the 2009 Charles and Kathleen Manatt Fellowship funded by the late U.S. ambassador to the Dominican Republic and former chairman of IFES' Board of Directors, Charles Manatt, and his wife Kathleen. The fellowship awards a student from the American Midwest the opportunity to work with IFES experts and conduct research on democracy and governance.
