Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening

Established in 1995, the Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) pools the expertise of three premier democracy promotion organizations: the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), the International Republican Institute (IRI), and the National Democratic Institute (NDI). CEPPS has a 20-year track record of collaboration and leadership in democracy, human rights and governance support.

In this video interview recorded in 2016, IFES President and CEO Bill Sweeney, IRI President Ambassador Mark Green, and NDI President Kenneth Wollack discuss how CEPPS implements innovative programming to promote positive democratic change.
