Established in 1995, the Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) pools the expertise of three premier democracy promotion organizations: the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), the International Republican Institute (IRI), and the National Democratic Institute (NDI). CEPPS has a 20-year track record of collaboration and leadership in democracy, human rights and governance support. In this interview, IFES President and CEO Bill Sweeney, IRI President Ambassador Mark Green, and NDI President Kenneth Wollack discuss how CEPPS’ collaborated during recent milestone elections in Myanmar, Nigeria, and Tunisia.
