Voters in the Dominican Republic will go to the polls May 20 to elect a president and vice president in the first election held under the constitutional reforms of 2010. El Manual compila de manera accesible y fácil todas las leyes, reglamentos, y otra clase de información que los registradores civiles y sus asistentes necesitan para administrar eficazmente sus registros.IFES assisted the Supreme Electoral Council of Nicaragua in developing a new official manual for civil registrars, Manual del Registrador del Estado Civil de las Personas. This manual can help civil registrars better understand all the laws, regulations, and other information that they need to effectively administer their registries.
